I know this rarely works out but I am looking for someone wanting to downgrade from a Z06. I want a Black Z that I can do the same mods to. I love the look of mine but had an 08 Z last weekend and fell in love with the power. Plus I am tired of everyone wanting to use mine as a parade car. Here is a list of the mods/options....

20,500 miles
No Nav
No HUD
Z51
Mn6
Polished wheels with supercar (tread almost to wear bars)
Black Chromed C6 wheels with BF KDW's (1500 miles on set)
10% tint
Tinted lights (Headlights, taillights, foglights, side markers)
BB Bullets (Round tips)
Vararam
Ported throtle body
Front bra
All mods were done at 19,000 miles or later. I got the car with 17,000.

Sorry I dont have many pics. I will take more. Hopefully you can see the car in person because It looks horrible in the pics. The wheels make the car and Black Chrome looks like crap in pictures.

I've never done the car show thing but my buddy talked me into it a couple weekends ago and I ended up winning my class (C4-Present). Yes this car beat out C6 Z's. Actualy one was the Z that I had this past weekend. He wants to trade his 08 with 1200 miles for mine but he owes to much on his and needs 19K with my car. Probably not a bad deal for me but I dont want to put that much cash with the deal and his is VR. I prefer black or AO but you guys are the experts.... Should I jump on the deal for the VR? I think I could talk him down to 17K. Right now my offer is 15K. I would rather trade for an 06/07 with a little more mileage so the cash difference will be lower. I will dump alot money in it once I get it so I would like to be around 10K or less. If I am being unrealistic please tell me and I will delete the thread. I havent seen what everything is selling for lately.

The only problem I have with the car is one of the sensors in the news tires must be bad. They worked when I first put them on but then I started getting the tire pressure indication on the dash. It started happening more and more often and now its everytime I start the car. The KDW's are not runflats so I hate taking the tires off the rim and take a chance of messing up the wheels durring unmounting and mounting when its not important since I can see or feel if a tire is going flat.

Yea I have been getting asked every weekend these past couple months. 5 MPH in a corvette sucks so I try to turn most of them down except for close family.

There has to be someone out there with a Z that needs to free up some cash but still needs a beautiful car sitting in the garage. You will not be disapointed with this car and it turns more heads than stock Z's believe it or not. It just lacks the 4th -6th gear power that the Z has.

BTW I just ordered side marker covers for the front marker lights. As you can see in the pic, it is the only thing on the car that is not black. The tint shop would not cover those for some reason.

dont think z owners would like hearing that if they got some tint and some black wheels on there c6s they wouldnt need a z

Not what I am saying at all.....if I was trying to trade straight up for a Z then I would understand your comment. The Z is obviously a stronger car and thats why I want one. It may be a long shot but there may be someone out there that is selling their Z to free up money but doesnt want to see the empty spot when they walk in their garage.

Buy a Z and trade me!

You must see these wheels in person. Like I said, they make the car. They are shiney and classy and dont have a cheap look to them as many other black wheels do IMHO.
