08 Crystal Red Vert, take over lease

Just trying to guage interest at this point, this is not a done deal yet...
Buyer would take over a lease for a Crystal Red Vert, Black Top, 2 tone Ebony / Titanuim interior, 3lt (no Navi), polished Gumby wheels, Npp exhaust, Z51 and MN6. There are a few extra's like color amtched door handels, 3rd brake light, Loyds matts, and powder coated calipers, but no performance / engine Mod's.
Car is 12,000 Mi / Yr and only has about 2500 miles on it now.


Anyway here are the specific's:
Monthly payment's are: $545.19 / mo
Current Buyout Price: $48,096.33 (this includes $2800.00 Il sales tax)
Purchase Buyout Price: $31,673.15 (does not include tax)
32 payments left on lease, I believe Service Date is Feb 08
Buyer to pay all transfer fee's

Again, I am not sure I am doing this yet, I also have an 09 CTS and an thinking of trading both of these cars for a CTS-V, but I have not made up my mind yet.... Here are some pict's, comments are welcome (even negative, I can take it!). Thanks!
