Updated,
I have a local offer of $ 27,000.00. I am probably going to offer to meet him in the middle at $ 27,500.00. Should I wait for the forum members that sent me messages of interest because I listed it here first. Or since no one from the forum made a firm offer go with the local and move on.

FWIW... I just sold a bare bones 1LT 2007 in Ohio, black, manual, NO OPTIONS with 17,000 for $29,500. Dealer offered $27,500 on trade in May, not sure what a July offer would have been. Just trying to keep you informed on market values. Only thing hurting you is the color combo. Takes a certian type to want that. Not a bad type... just much narrower buyer band. I think $27-28 is very fair for a well optioned car like this.
Good Luck!
