OK, here is your chance to offer free advice.

I live in the Pacific Northwest where Corvette dealers are very proud of their cars and the price usually reflects it. Thus leaving me no choice but to look elsewhere.

I've seen NEW 2007 Corvette convertibles on Ebay for 40K. Ebay scares me.But I want one! LOL!

I will be replacing my wifes 1988 Corvette with a C6. Must be a vert, must be victory red. Must be 2006 or newer. Black interior and roof are prefered. Stick or Auto is not really an issue. I also understand that since I am buying old stock or extremely low miles used that option choices are limited so we are pretty open there. An electric top and nav would be nice.

Now then. What does it roughly cost for a car to get delivered from say midwest or East Coast to Seattle/Everett Wa area? How does a person find a car, get it checked and provide cash site unseen? Seems like a pretty scarey and risky proposition.

Now I know I can walk into a local dealer and get one delivered but the prices seem way high relative to what I've seen. I've also sent a couple of emails to a local chevy dealer that brokers vettes but
they went unanswered.

Since this purchase is a bit of a stretch for us, I can not afford to make a mistake.

Please advise.

Also, If you are a dealer on the forum with good standings and a good verifiable reputation here I am open to here what you may have. I'd be happy to share contact information privately and talk directly to anyone with good advice, input or ideas.

No my 69 is not for sale.
Yes, my ( read my wifes ) 88 will be for sale.

Thanks in advance.
Scott
