That ad also states that the price DOES NOT included rebates or incentives! This seems like an absolute steal!

Rebates will not apply on that car. It was purchased at a GM auction. It sat in the snow for 3 weeks, right when the weather was at its worst in the north. My chev. dealer says rebates don't apply on auction cars.
