Good luck with the sale. Tell us about the ZR1, What color and use it well whats the bet on how long the ZR1 will hang around?

This ZR1 purchase may be short lived....was ready to wire Funds etc when I noticed on the invoice that the emmissions read FE9 which is 50 State emmissions, but NY requires NE1 so I am awaiting clarification if I can register the ZR1 in New York without NE1...its redutant but I am waiting clarification.....If it is a go which I doubt it will be I will hold it until 2010s appear.. 2 for this year will be enough...Take care and stay tuned....Harvey

Please be aware that vehicles ordered/produced with emission option FE9 cannot be sold for registration in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington State unless the vehicle is 50-state certified. To determine if a FE9 vehicle is 50-state certified, in addition to checking Table 1, the dealer MUST check the underhood emission label. If a FE9 vehicle is 50-state certified, the underhood emission label will show one of the entries listed in Table 4.

Well it now unofficially Official--I am the owner of the ZR1 in Bay 3 @ the Museum and I will be down there the end of next week or early the folllowing week....will be shipping the car back to New York, but I look forward going to BG --to me its very Cathardic...now I even have my name as #1 for a 2010 ZR1 from the Dealer.....assuming GM is in Busness and the ZR1 is still a "Go" PLEASE IF ANYBODY IS LOOKING TO BUY A 2009 CYBER GREY ZO6 KEEP ME IN MIND.
