I checked with US bank, its about $125 for a credit app, and $400 to assume the lease, The car is perfect and I put over$5k down to get the payments so low, so I'm still hesitant, but let me know if anyone's interested. . .
It doesn't have Z51 because I bought it for my DD, and the ride is smoother than my last BMW, but I have actually about 8200 miles, and its a year next month, so I'm over 2500 ahead of my mileage too.

Why are you trying to get rid of it already? Heck I would take it from you, but I wouldn't get approved. I only have a credit score just over 700. Just to give you a heads up, if you find somebody to take over the lease, they need to have about a 760 or higher credit score with a $30,000 or higher auto loan and can't have any bad credit. US Bank has really tightened up. Well I hope you sell it. It is a nice car. Can I interest you in a new 2009?
