Offer them invoice and go from there.

I wouldn't pay more than $1k over invoice if I was in the market.

Mork-Speed,

Deduct 9.9% from MSRP and you'll be within a few dollars of invoice. Good Luck.

Take it. I haven't heard of anyone dealing on them. I was just looking at a black one the other day at MSRP.

These C6 Z06s may fall down to invoice level pricing faster than the previous Z06 did.

You know you want it (lol) 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, 505 hp, Z51 suspension pkg, HUD, navigation, all leather, all power. This car will do 198 mph and substain it and get 30 mpg on the highway to boot. Dollar for dollar Still the best sportscar in america for the money. An excellent investment at $87,000!!!!
Hurray this won't last and it's the only one I have. I have two other corvettes in stock that still put out 400 h.p. For more info contact KEITH at 971-570-9589 or 503-661-2222 and be sure to say you seen it on C/L Thnks for looking.

I love it. When they were selling at over list, everyone was bitching and saying "wait, they will come down to list". Now they have come down to list and everyone is saying "don't pay list, they will come down more". When they start selling at below list, everyone will say "wait, the bottom is falling out - there will be incentives soon..."

Once the Bludevil is formally announced, you will see ZO6 prices fall through the floor.

I expect to pick an 08 ZO6 up, at near invoice eventually.

And why do you expect that to happen? Do you think that a very limited run $90 - $100,000 car is going to have any impact on a $75,000 car?

The Z06 will come down because there is a very limited number of people who want a $75,000 car that only seats two and is only available with a manual transmission. And yes, it will reach a saturation point because they are building so many of them. But I don't think the Bluedevil will have anything to do with it.

Of course it will have an impact. Because high end Vette owners are a very fickle demographic. They are all about having the latests and greatest. When the top tier Vette owners no longer have the latests and greatest, they will trade their cars in for the best of the best. Most sales for the Blue devil will probably be from current ZO6 owners.

And an extra $15-20 Gs aint gonna stop (most) of them either.
It didn't the last time around at least.

When the current ZO6's start hitting the used car lots in large numbers when the Blue devil is announced, (Along with the rumored base vette having the 450 hp LS3 next year) you will see CHEAP ZO6s everywhere.

I agree with you on the "saturation" point though.
Like you said, you get to a point, and you just run out of people willing to pay that amount. But since many of the people in the target demographic that chevy is going for, already own C6 ZO6's, you will see many of those cars, end up back on dealer lots when the bluedevil is released.

its funny the differant opinions people have of the car.

C5 Z06 owners think the bottem will fall out.

C6 Z06 owners think they will be selling at above list forever.

its like the c6 guys try to set the market to keep ROI high, and c5 owners that want a c6Z try to encourage a fall out so they car hopefully steal one.

Owning both a C5Z and a C6Z currently I dont know what i want to believe, lol
