I was in a round about way saying ... this is the FOR SALE section. Not really the "start your own thread on what cars are selling for thread".

There are only 50 threads on Z06 prices. No need to really start another one... gheez

You don't really need to be a genius to cherry pick the auction reports to show what ever you want. There is a guy on here who can't privately sell his own Z06 for 69K. Someone paid 73K so what.

For your information, I was Just reporting what was sold. Not cherry picking. It was the only one there. You are entitled to your opinion, however stupid it is but
there are some individuals here that want to see this info whether they agree or not.

You have elected to editorialize based on a sample size of ONE!

That makes sense to you?

The car can be purchased at sticker if you do some research. Those #s above are about as meaningfull as a pile of old newspapers.

Hehehehe!

Probably a bunch of stupid stealers buying these on speculation that they can turn them quick for $85k+.

Wholesale vs. private party sales are two completely different market segments that are largely unrelated.

You are outnumbered here not only by consent, but by logic.

What meager percentage of the general buying public attends these auctions?

Five?

Ten at most?

I've said enough. You keep your head under the covers sticking to your claim that Z demand is strong based upon three sales at one auction.

Erik says you'd be better off buying up parcels at California Pines.

I guess my question would be WHY are you posting these posts about
Z06 prices??? Are you trying to sell yours in the $70Ks?

For the record, I'm in the market, and refuse to pay retail NEW for retail USED cars, which is exactly WHY I've taken the Z06 off my shopping list... The wife specifically asked why it wasn't on the shrt list, since she's given me the go ahead to spend up to $100K.

When the balloon burts, and it will very soon, those who bought the first crop of Z06s will be crying the blues...

To the administrative staff, Why is it ok for this guy to call these members "idiots"??? Is this the NORM here at Corvetteforum??? This guy isn't even SELLING A CAR in the FORSALE section, but chooses to flame and attack other members with his MEANINGLESS diatribe about Z06 pricing...

My answer is I want to. Why do you care?

Are you trying to sell yours in the $70Ks?

Nope, i dont even own one. I have one on order at MSRP as i refuse to pay over Msrp for any car.
Your wife gave you the go ahead to spend 100G's? Thats nice.
