NEW 2006 Blue Z06 Every Option, Crome wheels, $78000 or TRADE for YELLOW Z06
Well guys I am bit of a predicament. Please help or Advise.....
I bought a Blue 06 Z06 2 days ago.........................
I have a 2002 yellow Z06 and was always wanting a new yellow C6 Z06
Well I called Cormier to see if they had any yellow ones in. They only had Black and Blue. I asked how much and he said $5000 over. (i thought that was a deal because I had been trying for months and everywhere was $10,000 over). He Quoted me wrong because he thought I was someone w/ a TV show that called erlier and wanted it for the show. So i wanted to see what the blue looked like in person. Welll one thing led to another and I ended up buying it
$77680 purchase price w TTL= $ 84742 I have 10 days to bring a check to the dealership to get clear title, or it will be financed.
I have been wandering if I should Have waited for a yellow one and now I am really sad that I dont have a yellow one. I want to get out of this car for what I paid total which would be $84742 or would be interested in trading for a Yellow 06 Z06 w/ less than 1000 miles
If any one is intristed in getting me out of this deal or helping me get the yellow c6 Z06 please let me know
The dealer Just called Me and gave me good news.....
Whoever wants to buy this car will go on the registration right now With me so they will be the first original owner of a brand new 06 Z06.
So it will be just as you walked into the dealership and purchased it for $77680 and then you pay the tax title and licence for a total of $84742, once you get the registration you just remove me from the title.

BLUE C6 Z06 is for sale. first $85,000 takes it
Fully loaded , HUD, heated seats, Navigation, Crome wheels, every option Available. It has 80 miles on it, and sits in garage. I am currently driving my other 02 Z06.

That is one BEAUTIFUL automobile! If you can't trade with someone, there are worse things one must live with. I'm not discounting how you feel. I just wanted to tell you that you're a lucky guy, and you will get mucho pleasure out of the LMB if you gotta keep it.
Beautiful car. Can't you give it back instead of selling it?
If the dealer normally gets 10,000 over then I think he would be happy to take it back.
Even if you take a hit for $1,000 it will be better than the hit you are going to take if you try and sell it.

I would imagine anyone in CA will have to pay taxes again as well, unless CA doesnt charge tax on used vehicles.
Yes, In CA you have to pay sales tax again when registering a used vehicle. That's why so many people "agree" on a price to report to DMV that's way below what actually is paid, when doing private party sales.
So if you have to pay 84K+, and then pay DMV "use tax" on top of that, you are paying the tax twice.
Well guys after driving this car a little more.... I have decided that Blue looks pretty damn Awsome, especially in the sunlight. It also seems that their are fewer Blue than yellow. It took a little to grow on me but the butterflies of having the wrong color are gone.
As for the performance and ride diference......ohhh man..... I am still breaking in the motor but it sure seems like its a beast waiting to be unleashed. As soon as I have 500 miles on it I am going to really let loose and write a comparison between the c5Z and the C6Z..... thanks for the support from all you members. Have an outstanding day
Your LMB looks damn tough, keep it, plus #1 more thing that makes your LMB a little better than the VY, mettlic paint-LMB, it will sparkle! You got #1 cool ride!!! I love my MR/convertible/black top, if I wasnt a big vert person, I would get a Z06, it really rocks, hey dude enjoy

Wow, where was this car when I was looking for my Z! I wound up going with Silver. I too was not sure about silver, as I had never had a silver car, but now I love it! Still love the LMB too. I couldn't go with black on the Z, even though most all my cars are black, it just doesn't show the Z's unique features like the lighter colors....
