I have been busy and havn't been keeping up with your newsletters, but happened to see this post, and it hit me.
When we really need something YOU are always there. Which is VERY rare with Chevy Dealers. Not trying to get the few good dealers upset, but you do go out of your way.
And since way back when, your honesty has set a precedence within G.M., I remember too well the old "lame" answers we would get, when we asked questions on delivery or a potential problem.
