Looking good, are you using a pump on the trunk to get the water to the front or just relocated the OEM one?

Oem pump is still in stock location I just added the mezeire pump in the back to assist flow.

Circut is now ic bricks to magnuson heat ex to straight line tank to stock pump to Icebox to mezeire pump back to ic bricks system should hold 6-7 gallons now

after playing around with it a little last not i found the second pump to be a restriction so i took that out and refilled it and temps seem good. after 20 mins of idling with hood shut iat 2 was only at 90. need to get the bumper and stuff back on and do some data logging for the new intake and get the tune dialed in to see what it does at wot

I lied I do need the second pump. Stock pump was pressurizing the cell quicker then it was traveling back to the intake. Removed the 90s off the pump in the back and put straights on and seems fine. Surprisingly very quiet so in going to mount it next to the fuel cell for the nitrous for ease of access. Got the new intake on today aswell. Hoping to do some logging and get some info on all of it tomorrow

I've been waiting for someone to do this for a long time. Thanks for stepping up and I can't wait to see the logs.

You are definitely on the right track with increased water flow as this is the only variable available for increased cooling against a fixed intercooler brick surface area. Removing unnecessary flow restrictions such as the 90 degree elbow fittings in the stock cooling system will also improve water flow to the intercooler.

I repositioned my stock pump to improve water flow. Also added the Straightline expansion tank. Dropped my south Texas IAT2 by 20 F. I want more cooling, since 140 F is still a little warm. I have a Katech heat exchanger. Thinking about switching it to the Magneson.

Keep it going!

Can you share a little info on the nitrous fuel cell?

Regulator in the front or rear of car?

Feed and return line run the full length?

did some driving around tonight, cruising temps seem to vary from 4-8 degrees over ambient. cars not dialed in all the way on the intake but did two back to back second gear pulls and temps only went up 6 degrees.

I need to find a better lid for water tank tho this one is kinda finicky and wants to leak once the pumps get going. need to find some large aluminum pipe thread so I can thread on a real 4" cap

Does anyone build a tank utilizing the storage space on the left?

I haven't noticed a lot of H.E.'s at this level on the ZR's.

Interested to see the results!!

Kp made one with the lpe Stewart pump mounted in the cubby and an ice tank above it

Problem is you have to relocated the body controle module that is in that cubby on the zr1s
