Default Help w/Wheel & Tire Selection

The tires on my 2009 ZR1 are over 5 years old, so I'm going to get some new tires. I'm leaning toward just getting a complete set of wheels and tires and keeping the original 1600 mile chrome wheels with the original tires for potential sale of the car in a few years.

Which option do you think I should choose?
-Comp Gray Cup Wheels & Michelin Cup Tires
-Comp Gray Cup Wheels & PS2 Tires
-Satin Black Cup Wheels & Cup Tires
-Satin Black Cup a Wheels & PS2 Tires
-Put Cup Tires on Original Chrome Wheels

Please, no grief about the low miles. I bought the car 10 months ago with less than 800 miles. I haven't driven it a lot, but that is going to change. I expect to drive it 3000 to 4000 miles a year for the next 2-3 years.

I tried to post a poll to make it easier, but took too long and it timed out.

Would consider orange lip on satin black wheels if I can get it. Thinking about orange stripes on the car.

I have satin black cup wheels with cup tires for the track
I also have 20 spoke OEM comp grey wheels with pilot sports for the street.

I like the look of the cup wheels better--definitely shows off the CC discs and blue rotors better

cup tires are great for the track and seem to give a more compliant ride around $hitty northern pothole-riddled roads, BUT wear very quickly and shoot rocks at you quarter panels if that matters to you

Plasti Dipped OEM matte black!
Rob, you could do this with your chromes then peel it off when you want to sell

You can change up the sizing to a 255/305 if you want as well.

Thanks for the responses. I'm going to wait until the new Cup tires for the new Z06 are available. Leaning toward putting them on the stock wheels.

Where did you get this information? I'm looking for tires myself, if this info is true I'll just wait on these.

same response Racerns gave you in the other thread....

"Just guessing based on the production of the C7Z06. Once the car is being produced for sale they have to have replacement tires avaliable."
