I dont think is a tune issue since that didnt solve my problem with the Nick Williams tried 3 and none worked. Bought thie CBM TB and has been working with no issues:

I've got the nw and am having the reduced engine power problem even with the tb pos and neg tolerances tuned to max. going to try flipping it when ext harness gets here, but don't know what else to do if problem persists. Where can I get one of these 108 mm tb you mention?

Only been flogging the car for 2 days, but I think my REP (Reduced Engine Problem) is solved. I did flip the NW 102 180 Deg. Don't know if this helped any, but I did get an REP after flipping it. What I think was causing my issue was the TC stepping in and varying Throttle Position in addition to spark. This crazy swinging of the throttle was causing issues. My tuner Turned off throttle manipulation when TC steps in (left spark manipulation active but changed minimum spark setting to 0 deg instead of stock -20 deg).
Stay tuned and thanks to GKZR1 (Greg) and of course my tuner/mechanic Phil McGloin (look him up if you ever need any work performed in the Cincinnati area)
