Default PTM on 2010

Is it worth probably a extra 5k to get into a 2010. I have my eyes on a 09 jetstream blue with 9k miles, and right next to it is a cyber gray with 10k miles, but it's like 5 grand more.
I most likely will not track this car. Just cruisin and car show thing.

Even if you may not use it, it will most certainly help the resale value to have PTM and launch control.

Most people including myself would rather have it and not use it, rather than not have it and wish they did.

Also, even if there were no differences between an '09 and '10 (but there is), one model year newer ZR by itself is worth a few grand.
