We just received a phone call from a customer with a pending order who has since been refunded, so we're putting this statement in this listing.

Please note these parts are custom made to order, by hand. Please do not call, email or PM a week or two after your order complaining that the order hasn't shipped yet, or arguing our own company policy to us, or threatening to go bash us on the forum if you don't get a refund. ALL Carbon fiber orders have a production time of 10-30 Business Days. This is CLEARLY stated on our website, in the Shipping/Returns section and in the Terms & Conditions section, which almost NO ONE chooses to read even though it's mandatory you agree to our terms before EVERY order is placed. This is specifically done to avoid these types of situations.

If you ask to cancel an order within our stated timeframes, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee, there will be NO more exceptions to this rule. If you don't want to wait weeks for your order to ship, we have rush service available for an additional charge, or you may choose to purchase from another vendor. We no longer have the time or patience to sit on the phone for 10 mins explaining company policy to customers who think that this process is only "laying down a piece of film" on a part. This particular part takes HOURS of labor and there are always other customers who have placed their orders before you.
