Default Caravaggio Daytona Seats for ZR1

I am looking at the Caravaggio Daytona seats for my 2010 ZR1 and am interested in hearing about any positive or negative experiences anyone might have had with them. They are telling me that they have a three day turnaround if I provide my seats as "donor" seats. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

3 day turn is nice, prices are exorbitant though ..
Subbin' for feedback . Would love to get my paws on a pair of these too.

Had them in my z06! John was nice, gave me a great price on them then I waited! For like 2 months, when they arrived I have to admit it was like looking at artwork! They were so comfortable I was amazed and hold you better then stock seats.
I feel the wait was long enough I almost regretted it, but in the end they were well worth it and I would do it again.

Did you end up getting the seats? How do you like them?

Anyone have any experience in these seats as a bigger guy? 6'3" and 275 here.

Thanks

You're car is absolutely incredible Brian, with or without Caravaggio's, but I'd go for it if the deal is right for you

3 days is great. I, like most, waited weeks for them, but they were worth it (I ordered in the winter and picked up early spring)

It looks like there are no side airbags. If I am correct, is that an option?

Thanks!

I have heard insane stories about the wait and lack of communication. I could never see paying so much for anything and being disrespected about real delivery time of the product or not being communicated with. I understand no one complains about the quality which is good news in comparison to the price. But when paying a premium, you should be catered to and treated as such. If there was a 1-2 week turn around, I would be very interested. But I have never heard that actually being true. I have heard of it being promised but never done. My buddy has the seats and they are fantastic, great quality, but waited months. If the wait problem is now different can someone confirm with a real delivery time?

If you track your car, these likely won't work well for you. You will sit higher with these. I'm 6'5, normal torso though, and they are great... Can't put a helmet on though.

A guy at the shop's c6 has them. He tracks it. Had to send the seats back 2 or 3 times for some issues.

They are a work of art though.

I have the carbon fiber backed Daytona seats in my Z06 and I absolutely love them. It is probably the one thing I get the most compliments on. And not to mention they retain the factory seat heating elements which is very nice.

And of course, they are extremely comfortable.
