Just installed Cam & 2.3 Pulley, Power not delivering expected results
Hey guys... Just installed Ported Blower, Z06 TB, BTR Stage III Cam, RPS BC2 Clutch, Katech H/E, ID850 injectors and LPE 710 Kit with the 2.3 pulley.
My car made 630 RWHP with just the LPE 710 kit, and is now making the same 630 RWHP with these mods.
It is much warmer out then my prior runs, but I'm thinking it could be loosing boost possibly?
Car starts at 16psi and by 5500 is roughly 13PSI? Does this seem right for a 2.3 Pulley?
Any thoughts on where the boost could be 'sneaking off too'?
Appreciate any advice/thoughts?
Thanks,
Dave

This might help Dave, lots of good information on pulley and idler sizing to prevent belt slip. Also discussion on belt length and brand.

Thanks whatcop!
The tuner says it almost looks like Valve float up top, the way the power is fluttering? I'll try to post a pic of the graph in the morning.
He is wondering if could be a clogged cat possibly?
I figure I'll pull the plugs and put stock tb on first, if still showing flutter up high, then will swap back to 2.6 pulley and belt and see if that corrects it.
If that doesn't work, cut out the cats.
Could it be a "wobbly valve" issue?
Thanks for all your help!

If you are looking at the snout it's on the drivers side of it. It's a small arm connected to the black canister. When the car is off you can manually move the arm.

Probably adjusts the screw on there. Hopefully it's adjusted properly to where it's not bleeding boost off.
