Default Lethal Performance BMF ZR1 Build

Last week we where tasked with building a ZR1 in a tight time frame. The customer waited for a good while while his heads and other items to be completed before the car was to be reworked. In less than 5 days we successfully completed the build lacking two items to complete which will be done this weekend. The car has performed well and all of the customers expectations were met and then some. I am happy to say that this car will see the 1/4 Mile Track,Texas Mile,TI event in April and Mexico So here are some details and pics some of the specifics are left out due to the customer's request and the R&D put into items on the car to achieve these power levels on a 900 mile SBE ZR1!

ZR1 blower porting (2.6 upper)
LPE Snout port matched
LPE Lower
LPE Cold air
LG Radiator
Katech heat exchanger
ID injectors
LS9 Heads ported
LP Ratchet Cam VER2 (Only installed inhouse)
Hardened pushrods
Spring kit
AR 2" headers coated with offroad X pipe
Factory catback
Custom 6060 (ZR1 base tranny can be swapped out in no time!)
RPS triple
LP Custom slave
Scatter shield
LP Custom fuel systems for E85
DSS Shafts/Diff short/long upgrade
There are some other items but Ill wait till SAT if the customer makes it back Ill post about them

Due to the schedule and were the car was at the time tuning didnt start untill Monday. We had a base file in the car and the AFR was still 9.5 WOT. Car was clearing 711 rwhp 736 TQ with that AFR. We had to get this done so the next day the car was taken to a mustang dyno where the tuner could get to it and we could get some numbers. Seeing about 16 psi we cleared 827 RWHP/801 TQ. I have a pic of the 825 RWHP/797 TQ. More to come this weekend on our dyno.

Nice build, Does the scattershield have to be cut to clear the headers? I will be installing mine this weekend with AR 2 in headers. Did not realize it had to be modified. More info on this please.

Just take yours by the shop and we have one there you can trace. Easier that way!

I see the blowers been to Dave. Were you using what he installed to achieve those numbers?

What would it cost to replicate a similar package on another car? If you don't want to post on the open forum, please PM me. Thanks

Nice build! Organized parts on the table FTW!

Just curious on the custom 6060 and custom slave?

I see you guys are swapping out quite a bit of diff shafts. That's something I am NOT looking forward to.
