Yeah buying new sucks, but sometimes it's a wiser decision. I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't want my car after what I've done with it. That's the problem with performance cars in general.

If you found a great deal on a ZR1, get it regardless of the color. There are no ugly ZR1 colors. Some are just better than others. As to which is better? Well, that is purely subjective.

Is this the VY one that was discussed in an earlier thread? It was in the Pacific NW and was repainted due to a crash. One member looked at it and said the color matching was off.
My favorite color is, of course, mine.

I went through the same thing just a month ago, I ended up with VY which by far was not the AW I wanted but much like you there was a give and take. The AW I was looking at was more money with 12k more miles. I decided a 1k mile car was a better deal for me and I think the ZR looks great in any color. If you have a car for 60k range then thats great in itself but always consider the previous damage because it will affect a car of this price range later down the line, sometimes price is not the only buying concern for everyone and they always assume yours is the one that was totalled and put back together...lol. There are alot of great buys out there now and could not agree more on buying the right used car vs new.

300 ft into the test drive had to walk back and wait for the team to put gas in it
the color match is bad
4000 to fix the paint
100 battery is toast would not start after a test drive
400 right rear wheel
6000 ? accident damage haunting value
needs rear tires the right side was blended poorly to the front and
rear so roughly 60 percent needs repainted. Giving up too much factory paint, NOBODY paints as durable as factory period.
Might have made a deal but they held firm at 66,500. which I rather pay 78 and have a no damge car. 64,000 I would have drove it home.
But looking back I m glad I waited. 1 will pop up soon
Top colors are, Blade Silver , Torch red , black, cyber gray,
In that order for me, But i look at color last!
