Default Need Zr1 tuned

Hey guys I bought my Zr1 about a month ago. Already built and tuned. I wasn’t happy with the drivability. So I had it retuned. While the low end seems better, car wants to surge when throttle is kept at a constant. For instance if I’m running 50 and try to keep it at that it wants to surge. Car has every bolt on pretty much. Wondering if there is someone around the ky area that can really dial in these zr1’s. Maybe I’m asking too much with the 2650 and stg 4 cam. Thanks in advance

here is a mod list Kong 2650 blower

Kong gen 3 lid

Kong 112 throttle body

Dsx fuel system

Dsx flex fuel sensor

Griptec pulleys

Ati 14% balancer

Msd plug wires

2” long tubes

Xpipe

ARP headstuds, new gaskets

Mighty Mouse catch can

Edelbrock heat exchanger

Hidden expansion tank

Kong carbon 5” intake

Btr pds stg 4 cam and supporting mods

E85

Monster triple disc clutch

At 50 in what gear? If it's in 3rd at 50 will it still surge?

Have you spoken with the tuner that tuned it after you bought it?

Sounds like an awesome car and nice build.

yes it will surge like that in any gear if you try to keep it at same rpm. I have not spoken to the tuner yet as I had a shop do that for me and they have a guy that tunes for them

Do you have the "ram air" 5" intake? In previous versions of their intake manifolds it appeared that the MAF sensor was placed in a less than desirable location. To get the most accurate reading of flow it should be placed at the narrowest section. I have seen them mounted back at the wider section of the intake assembly where some of the flow will easily by pass the MAF.

I can tune it for you. If I can't make the drivability better or fix it entirely, I'll discount it.
