Default CTEK Battery Chargers

The CTEK Battery Charger is the smartest battery charger on the market, period.....Included as an OEM component on many high end cars, it simply cannot be beat when you compare features/price to other chargers on the market. It is outdoor certified, small enough to mount anywhere on your car, dust proof, shock proof, spark proof, and get this-->reverse polarity protected (smart enough to know if you have the red and black wires reversed

The CTEK is one of the few battery chargers you can leave connected to your battery while it is connected to the car without risk of damaging your vehicles computer. You can leave it connected for months and months without worry of damaging your battery as it is constantly conditioning your battery instead of just keeping it charged.

We have sold hundreds of the CTEK brand chargers for the last few years and have been able to negotiate a great price for an awesome charger.

Check it out at the link below....in stock and ready to ship! Trust me, no other charger on the market even comes close to this one and our price is hard to beat. Lots more information and informative video at the link below.

Note: Use coupon code "ctek" during checkout for additional discounts.

I love the one I got from you guys and the cig lighter adapter is the only way to go. I have several other chargers I use for 4 wheelers and riding mowers and another vehicle in storage and this by far is the best!!!

Yes and I think it's like $9.99 extra. That is the exact charger I have and when you order it there is an option to add it. When you get to the order page in the box below where it says other customers have ordered this, click on the battery charge indicator box and then on that page it shows 6 more boxes that other customers have ordered and there you will see the cig lighter adapter to add to your cart.

How is this unit any better than the Sear Battery Maintainer I paid $30 for? I have left mine on my car for years with no issue.

Hard to compare without knowing the charger you currently have. But for starters, I'd want to know if you have a true float charger or a trickle charger because there is a big difference. The features are probably better on the CTEK then the Sears model.

Although I see your point, if it works it works. The CTEK has lots of different charging modes and is extremely safe.

I bought my Ctek for $49 and have had it for 3-5 years - works flawlessly. I would highly recommend it.

Can you get chargers for $30 - absolutely. You have to determine the "value" and what features you desire in a charger and if its worth the $$. For many a $30 charger works just fine.

I also noticed the charger you mention is now $23. I also noticed though that many people have not had "positive experiences" with the charger.

I have 2 Sears Battery Maintainer chargers and 1 failed after a years use, so maybe it really is time for an upgrade. However, the CTEK seems very expensive so how about a group purchase discount? I ask because right now I can get this item for $60 on Amazon with free shipping and no state tax.

No reply........I will assume that is a no to a group purchase deal. So I'm off to Amazon to make my purchase.

You may want to work on your math. I just ordered one WITH the cig light adapter from Southern Car Parts a minute ago and it was $64.95 shipped to my door. As the cig light adapter is $9.99, that is a pretty sweet deal and better than your $60 shipped from Amazon.

My CTEK arrived today!

Stupid me, I pressed what I thought was a button on the indicator light below the car symbol. I should have read the manual first. Now that indicator light bubble is flat. How can I get it popped back up?

UPDATE: Been around an hour of charging with it and the indicator light bubble is still inverted and now I'm seeing condensation under the other three indicators. Is this normal?

Southern Car Parts is a stand up company. They took care of an issue I had with my charger. I highly recommend them!

These are my charger of choice for not only the corvette but the ATV, JD lawnmower, and any other 12V batteries that I have hooked up to items that don't charge themselves regularly. It seems to be the charger with the most built in intelligence and charging options.
