Default ZR1 Rear Wheel HP

I'm sure someone has dyno'd a new ZR1. What kind of rear wheel horsepower does a stock ZR1 develope? Please advise if the numbers you have are calibrated to the standard barimetric pressure and temperature.

Easily upgraded to 650 with an LPE kit. Excellent driveability, barely can tell the difference. Add their 2.38" pulley for 680 WHP and 700 with an Akropovic Titanium exhaust with X-Pipe.

Correction: My Stage 3 was 660WHP and 635 FT#. If I add the 2.38" pulley it would bump it another 15 WHP. I added the Akropovic and picked up maybe 20-25 WHP (I assume). A bit more aggressive tune and you are at 700+ easily.

Default Rwhp

My ZR1 is a 2011 - made 540 at the rear wheels stock.

LPE snout
LPE air intake
LPE 2.38 pulley
GT-9 supercharger Camshaft
American Racing headers - 1-7/8th
Tune

Final numbers 641 rear wheels

CNC heads can usually bump it another 20-25 at the wheels.

Sounds like a very safe/conservative tune for 641whp. Curious to what your IAT#2 temp read during the dyno pull.

It certainly is on the safe side, but also we tune with 91 octane fuel, which has proven to lose a few ponies on its own.

We have done several ZR-1's already and they are all within a few HP, one we did that had an aftermarket exhaust pulled another 8 or so more at the Rear wheels.( it had a B-B fusion ).

Mine made 546 RWHP/551 RWTQ this past week in bone stock trim. We'll have it back on the dyno next week with the Lingenfelter upper pulley before the Texas Mile.

Ahh, that makes more sense with the 91 octane; I bet that was a challenge to tune. The GT9 Cam probably sounds really good through the BB Fusion exhaust.
