Default Lowered ZR1 Pictures ?

I have been working on customizing my 10 ZR1 and I am thinking
about lowering it. Anyone have pictures before and after.
Thanks in advance, Chris.

Are you on the bumps stops or just about a quarter inch away?

How does it handle/ride?

I'm on the rubber stops of the lowering bolts if that's what you are asking. It rides exactly the same. Even the 20 inch wheels up front didn't change the ride any.

I have 20's up front and they rub a little what size tires do you have and do they rub? Man sorry for all the questions but this is what I want to do as well.

Thanks.

All ZR1s rub at max lock though. There's a mod that will fix that. I can't remember the exact size but they don't rub anymore than the stock tires at stock height did.

Lowered ZR1= SEXY!

I actually think all the C6's should be lowered on the stock bolts. I slammed mine on the stock bolts and it looks far more intimidating. Not as much so as the ZR1 though.

What is the procedure for lowering on the stock bolts?
I have a set of 20/20 but not on the car yet, waiting to get some issues straightened out
Thanks

Jack car up
put on stands
place jack under leaf spring and slightly lift up to take pressure off lowering bolt
turn bolt(should turn easily)

Lots of threads on this with pics

I lowered mine. You need to take it in and have the steering angle aligned, not sure anything else needed alignment.
