Terrible news guy's! I heard a C6 Corvette with one of your Atak exhaust systems on it and I have completely fallen in love with it. Its basically what perfection sounds like. However, that is where the bad news comes in. I have a 2011 C6 ZO6 and I was super bummed when I found out that you guy's don't yet make an Atak system for it. Therefore I must ask you are their any plans to make an Atak system for the C6Z in the future? I would be more than willing to wait however long it takes.

My charm level was definitely at a 10 so I should hopefully get a response pretty soon.

This is great news! Now someones needs to email Corsa and tell them to make an Extreme version for the C6Z. Im tired of the regular C6 guys having louder exhaust options then we do. The Z Bullets are pathetic compared to the C6 Bullets. GEEEEEZZZ

I feel pretty good about it. They recently released an Atak system for the C5 ZO6. Plus the guy who emailed me back was a Senior Technical Advisor. I'm still going to keep my fingers crossed though.

Quick update. This is definitely happening. I received another email today from Borla's project manager...

We are working on the release of a ATAK system for your vehicle. It sounds really awesome. FYI PN will be 140422 and it will be 3” and include our X-Pipe.

I wonder if some of the C6Z exhaust are not as loud as the regular C6 Exahust due to the larger diameter 3inch pipe and larger flowing manifolds the Z06 has? Think about it for a second.... the exahust is not moving as quick because it has a larger area to exit in vs. the smaller diameter area of the regular C6 exhaust, the sound is moving faster and more tightly packed together.. hence it's louder?
Just a thought..maybe I am wayyyy off
I agree, I heard the Bullets the other day on my Friends C6Z , and the bullets on the C6 and C5 are noticeably louder than the Z. This is stock car vs. stock car.... no headers or anything on either car.

The C6Z Bullet exhaust is quieter than the regular C6, because there are actual mufflers in the Z, and straight pipes with little resonators for the regular C6. If you look at pictures, you will notice the additional mufflers towards the rear of the Z exhaust, which are not in place for the regular C6.

So maybe a combo of both...I guess the other thing to consider, the LS7 has higher compression rate, makes about 70 HP more...this all makes for louder exhaust or tone difference...so if the Bullets actually have some muffler to them, and the regular C6's dont maybe that is B&B way of not making the exhaust too loud for the C6Z?But yea i still think pipe diameter, and the design of the manifold still effect the sound too, and we know the Z's have larger compenents.
