Default ZR1 Trouble Code P0641

Guys,
I got a 2009 ZRI in Australia and it keeps going into reduced engine power mode. The scanner is indicating trouble code P0641. I reset and it will run ok for 5 minutes then the fault code will come up. Anyone have any idea what causes this?
Thanks,
Gary,
Perth Australia.

Checked the Gas Cap,no problem, but it still comes up with the P0641 fault code.
Strange thing is that when the car displays “reduced engine power mode” the engine stopped. You would think that under this mode you could still drive it!
Any clues?
Thanks,
Gary

I could guess it has something to do with the Voltage source (I think 5 Volts) source from the ECU to the different sensors it feed: Throtle position sensor, boost sensor, or fuel pressure sensor, and some more(either sensor went bad or operating irratically due to an incorrect voltage feed).

Why not just take it to the dealer and let them figure it out. Car still has warranty in AU doesn't it?
