Houston car show starts this weekend. Anyone with information regarding the ZR1 if making an appearance at this show?? If so, what color?? Houston was skipped last year so I didn't bother going.

Wife and I went yesterday. CG with painted wheels and Dark Titanium leather wrap interior ZR1 is there. Locked up but not roped off so the general public had their hands all over it including sitting on the hood. GM lady rep said the car belonged either to a dealership or a private individual. Hard to believe an individual would loan their $120k+ car for the general public to touch and brush against.
The wife loved the CG and the dark titanium. Got her seal of approval.

That would be affirmative Jim. Six months ago there would have been no question in my mind about buying when my turn on the waiting list came up. Now I am not so sure due to the economic meltdown blowing an enormous hole in my investments. I think it is very probable that I will wait until a year from this spring at the very least. It's not like I am unhappy with my 06Z06. 30k miles and counting. Best and most reliable vette I have ever owned so I am in no hurry.
