Default The seat that should have come in the ZR1

I was at Caravaggio's yesterday and saw the new seat he just finished for a C6RS. This should have been the seat that they put in the car. They are based on the stock seat.

Feel free to buy two of them and install them in your car. I don't need or want seats other than the OEM, so I'm glad GM didn't force me to pay for the overpriced Caravaggios.

Best wishes to you.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion, that's what makes us all different. Just a little info. John has been asked to bring this seat down to Detroit and meet with the Corvette guys. They are thinking of using the seat in future Corvettes.

Is there an airbag in the side of it?

I like that hole for a cupholder right between your legs idea.

Then you have a seat like the Viper that you can't get in or out of. Most of us don't go racing.

Without actually sitting in the seat to check it out, I'd have to say it looks of very high quality and generally badass.

Does it come with a gym menbership and a diet because my axx sure would not fit in that.

That seat looks way too narrow for the average butt width of the average ZR1 owner. Middle age takes it toll.

Doesn't look like it. Based on the manual control, it looks like they started with a 1LT seat (which doesn't have side airbags).

BTW, I'M IN!!!! Make it an option on the 2010's and I'll buy one (a 2010 corvette, that is). For all you guys that don't want better seats, look at the bright side...you just saved some money and you don't have to go on a diet.

That is a very nice looking seat! How much blood would I have to sell to get one?
