I'm a buyer for a ZR1, I consider reasonable msrp or close, 15K over is not close. I'll take a loaded JSB on the ground, possibly a loaded Red maybe even a yellow, on the ground. Or I'm willing to order a JSB. Cash in hand, willing to wire deposit upon confirmation of deal.
You dont have to be so negative about people that are looking for a ZR1 at a fair price when your car will be built next week..Sorry if you paid a markup and you dont want the price to go down
IN stock, Ready at $10,000 OVER..Call Mr. Lallier, or speak to a senior sales rep.
Good Luck.
I just called then 11/28/08 and said I am ready to buy NOW @ 10,000 over sticker.. they told me the one they had was gone, but they have another coming in in Feb.. and sticker on it is 119,999 ls3 .. and were offered 20,000 over...
I said call me when the car is on the floor, & if he don't take it I'll be there on the next flight with the $119,000 + $8000 + tax etc...
I told then not to call unless they are ready to sell it ON the SPOT for that price... I don't expect a call...
The only thing you said that made sense was that you do not expect a call.
"& if he don't take it "
That was my favorite line

You should lower your offer to below MSRP and be sure to mention CASH as GM needs it. Give them more? LOL
GM testified to Washington that they had 90 days of cash left before they went belly up. Do you read news?
Wow these prices have me feeling blessed everytime I get behind the wheel of my Z06 and go for a blast! It was not all that long ago that $10K & $20K over for a new Z06 was the norm, now they are pratically giving them away. There is always a price to pay to be first on the block with the new toy.
I have a brand new 2009 unmolested ,untouched, undriven ,ZR1 Cyber Gray , with dark titanium interior, chrome aluminum wheels, and the 3ZR Premium equipment group , sitting in bay # 2 at the Corvette Museum ready for your scheduled pickup . My price is $ 126,890 ,no dealer fee plus only tax and tag . Its a wonderful buy for the true Corvette affectionado ! If we were able to accept lower , we would advertise lower so please no tire kickers , no offers . If you are still waiting for MSRP ,I can understand that and no hard feelings . I've sold many @ $ 75000 over MSRP but I have never sold any at this low price which I believe to be the very bottom of the ZR1 market . We just sold 2 this week to the same car collector in Nevada for $ 15,000 over and he is unreachable over this weekend after completing a 10 day auto buying spree. I am the only " Certified " Corvette salesperson in Florida .
What is a "certified" corvette salesperson? None of the dealers I bought my eight previous vettes from were certified. Am I missing something here?

I'll bet anyone $10K that ZR1s will eventually be sold brand new under sticker. If a new ZR1 is never sold for less than msrp I owe you 10K.
This jibberish about ZR1s never being sold for less than msrp reminds me of the bozos that claimed ZO6s would never be sold for under sticker
