Has anyone been able to adjust the boost thru tuning? My tuner does not seem to feel it can be done.

Your tuner is correct at this time!! There is definately a parameter in the ecm which controls the waste valve that dumps boost in excess of 10.5 psi to the atmosphere. None of the tuners i have talked with have the code to get into that area for now. They are very close to breaking into this segment and when they do, the boost limit is adjustable.
