Why would you debadge a car with such a name?

That being said, it's my only bitch about the car
(and an easy fix at that).
Certainly, with the wheels, supercharger window, and body kit, the car is pretty easy to identify as a ZR1 to any Corvette enthusiast.
Wonder if anyone thinks the same?
Hey! Those badges look great. I bet they are going to look good on 05-09 C6's too.

Don't take it too personally... it's just my humble opinion. Believe me, it's hardly a complaint at all.
I just think the lines are so sharp, and your eyes tend to drift right for the flashy badge. I don't find them very subtle.
Many folks debadge some very fine cars (Mercedes, BMW's, etc.) to get that ultra-clean look. I just think that there are enough visual cues (window in the hood, carbon fibre roof, wheels, etc.) that set this car apart from all of the other C6 Vettes out there. No need for a chinsey badge for me.
That's all... certainly didn't mean to strike a nerve... I think the ZR1 is the finest car out there, period

I agree about the ZR1 badges. They look awkward especially after seeing several of them in person. They don't even flow properly with the lines of the car! Worst badges GM has ever made.

I totally agree - I think they're poorly designed and look like an after thought. As soon as I get mine, the emblems are gone.

The general public needs a little help with "vehicle identification".

I think they definitely could have been designed better, however I don't know if I would remove them if I owned a ZR1.
