Default Favorable ZR1 Delivery with Colonial Chevrolet

As you probably saw from a post I made yesterday, I took delivery of my ZR1. The dealer I purchased from is Colonial Chevrolet in Norfolk, Virginia. They gave me their original trade-in price for the Z06 that was appraised by them back in July. The whole experience with them from ordering the car, being constantly informed of status, and the delivery was very positive.

Nice to hear. I think it's good to use this forum to promote dealers that provide a happy purchasing transaction. Let's reward the good ones and steer each other away from the bad.....

I had a very POOR experience at PAUL MASSE CHEVROLET, here in Rhode Island. Stay away from them.

I can get a hundai dealer to declare me king of the dealership if I paid $20k over msrp.

Sounds just like a person with sour grapes who wants a ZR1 but can't afford one... Good luck with your car...Glad the dealer took care of you. Wish I had one. All the best.

Congratulations!

What salesman did you do business with? I stopped over there before I purchased my 2008 coupe and my experience was... less than favorable.

To respone to the question that 1953 C6 posted, the salesman is Preston Powers, with Colonial Chevrolet, and I'm a fellow Corvette owner myself, and I'm very active in the local Beachcombers Corvette Club, so I take care of Corvette buyers, answer there questions and concerns, without the BS. Trust me when I tell you that I hear it all from fellow members in the Club, as well as the comments that appear on the Forum about dealers.
