I've been told by a good friend in the Corvette group the guy driving is Jim Mero, the suspension development engineer. He works at the Proving Grounds and does 95% of all the development driving. Makes me feel good that GM makes sure there's a well qualified driver/engineer developing the Corvettes. Gotta have a ZR1!
