Default ZR1 is coming to Europe

I just received word that the ZR1 will be available in Europe all be it in very limited numbers.
Pricing will be between 40% and 60% above Z06 price.

That is way too expensive. Send them back to the USA.

Sound like (speculated) U.S. MSRP, i.e. $98,000-$120,00. Best

Or better yet, downunder to Australia to us. We'll convert them to RHD and will have the only RHD 09ZR1's

You sir are correct. Some here are floating the idea that 25% of the ZR1 production is going overseas. I seriously disagree with that particular thought. There is no basis in fact from GM that I have seen that supports it.

If we have to export any, I'd rather send them to Australia.

Many thanks for your support

All we aussies' need now, is for GM HQ/BOD/Upper echelon to remove its dealership embargo on selling new Corvettes directly to us.

Even though the RHD re-engineering adds $49500AUS to the price of a C6 Corvette, a 2009 or 2010 ZR1 will eventually make its way downunder...especially if I can get my hands on one

Default Update

Apparently only 77 cars are being shipped to Europe.
This is going to make it very very hard to get one...

Maybe we just need to import them ourselves
