Default Price Check

Hello everyone. Just curious what the general consensus is on the current market and vehicle prices. I have found a sub for 5000 mile 2007 Z06 and curious about the real value. The car is completely stock, no modifications. It’s also a one owner vehicle. Thanks

So an essentially new Z06 with less than 5000 miles is only worth 35-40k.

Well, I guess I didn't read the part about 5000 miles so I would assume that will fetch a higher price. But here in Florida the avg price for a Z06 with avg miles is 35-40k.

Blue book fair market value is around 45k. If I were a buyer, I would subtract about 4k from my offer knowing I might need the heads reworked

As you research pricing more and more you'll see the higher $$ figures are for the 09+, $45K +.... Recently there was an 06 or 07 that had high miles sell for $25k, granted it sold in a few days, was black, and had like 80K, but was a beauty. Your car is a different story because of the miles, but I know a CG 09 Z (VERY desirable) w/ 5k miles just sold on BAT for $60k. The 07 will not see $60k for another 5 or 10 years..

I think youre safe at $37.5k for the 07... BUT why not step up to atleast an 08, great if you can find an 09+ with avg miles for $45k.. I'd venture to say you get that much better a car (but we could start a debate on this one since I'm sure people will have many opinions)

Bigger oil sump
6060 trans...
Steering upgrades

The main thing that will bring 06-07 a bit cheaper is the T-56 versus 08+ with TR6060 then 09+ with slightly better diff I believe and I forget what year started the larger oil capacity. Realistically with today's market I see $35-40K for 06-07 maybe a bit more with that low mileage and most 08+ with decent mileage have been $45K+

I just paid $43k for my 2013 with 43k miles. They couldn’t move it up here. Everyone buys imports or super cars in the land of tech money.

I paid 32k for my 07 with 23k on it, but that was back in 2020.

There are 2- 2007 ZO6 cars on Autotrader today, one is priced at $39,500 & the other is $42,500 & they both have more miles than this one....I would think this car is worth closer to $45k

Wow 5k miles, 07 Z06 one owner valued at $35-$45k!! Where is it? Cause I’ll buy it right now!

I love how people throw out low prices on these Z06s without understand the basics of supply/demand. I’ve seen a lot of 06-08 Z06s. All the ones I’ve seen are abused, interior worn down, or built beyond stock. multiple owners, 40k+ miles hard miles.. That’s why you see them sell below $45k. Desperation. I wouldn’t touch it.

I’ve never seen one Z06 in a large metropolitan city that is clean, stock. And the general opinion is the value is higher because they did “heads” and a cam. Ya. No thanks, I’ll take the stock heads and fix it correctly myself..

low mile, 1-2 owner, stock, clean, getting harder to come by… look at other GM low production cars. The 05-06 GTO, the SS, the G8, 01-02 WS6… you’re lucky to find a clean one owner, low mile, stock…. They’re all priced and sold 50-60%+ above the same beat up examples out there. And we’re talking about the C6 Z06s here! Don’t listen to the general consensus. Just wait and see what happens with the prices for to those clean, low mile, one owner C6 Z06s with rare options. Wait too long, only few will have them. Good luck finding one.

Well I can only speak from my experience from when I bought mine. I paid 32k for my 07 with 23k on it, bone stock from the original owner back in 2020.

I hate to endorse an unknown vehicle for sale, because you have to be diligent in actually knowing what youre purchasing.. and also a bit lucky

BUT sometimes they(amazing deals) pop up..

Locally in AZ theres a 09 Z with 60k i think, stock car.. $33k says on FB.. and yellow(why its $33k)

Thats SO much car for $33k.. maybe its sold by now, idk.. but for a track car thats better in bright colors, sounds hard to beat!
