clutch feeling "off"
Is the clutch feeling "off" a sign that the clutch is going out? It just lacks the feedback feeling. I don't know how else to describe it other than it feels different and a tad "off" and loose. Is there a test i could do to see if it's slipping or something? Car is a zr1 with very low miles under 15k
Not sure it's slipping because it will start from a stop in 3rd gear when barely pressing the gas.

I would make sure the hydraulic system is working properly and full of clean fluid. Have you tried the ranger method? If not look it up and try it.

Yes sir I have read about the ranger method but have never attempted it. I think I'm going to have a full clutch fluid and also break fluid change as well while I'm at it.

Easiest way to test if it’s slipping is to accelerate up a steep grade in a high gear. If the car lugs down and doesn’t accelerate as normal, but your rpm’s also don’t rise… it’s not slipping. If the car fails to accelerate, but the rpm’s rise, your clutch is slipping (it’ll likely smell as well depending on how long you stay on the throttle)

Is the clutch fluid reservoir clear/white or black? If clear/white, I would replace your clutch master cylinder with the updated part # 19331709. It's about $100 and takes about an hour to replace. Also, flush your fluid regularly (i.e., every couple thousand miles) using the ranger method. It's simple to do and only takes a few minutes.
