Thanks, GM, for making it all but impossible to change the damn cabin air filter without f&@%^ng drawing blood trying to get the filter in straight.

Surely they could have configured the oil lines a bit differently to allow easier access to the filter door.

Yes, not easy. But there are worse out there.
Reaching in there to replace a blown fuse is even more challenging.
