sound starts as soon as i start the car i get a bell like ding sound here and there , but once i hit the highway it starts to do it repeatedly like in the video i attached to this , you have to listen to it really closely , comes from the front of the car , what could it possibly?

You cannot hear any "Bell Sound" in your video. However you do have a low tire pressure warning light.

I would describe the sound in the video clip as more of a chirp. It's definitely audible.

Sounds a little bit like an A/C clutch. Press the snowflake button to see if it makes a difference.

If that doesn't help, the next step is to look around the accessories with the engine idling.

Could be the roof creaking, the noise happened with a bump. There are shims in the roof panel that can ding if your car ever had a warranty recall repair, not all dealerships did it right.
