What did you guys dyno with similar mods
Trying to match my dyno numbers to what some of you guys may have had I know dynos vary weather etc. just trying to get a ball park.
I have
1-7/8 headers and catless x pipe
2.65 upper
K and N carbon intake
Ls3 throttle body gold blade
E85
Ported AHP heads
619/602
Iats end of pull 125*s
6800rpm limiter
22.5* of timing
12-12.5psi
What did y’all dyno with similar mods?

Seems low. You should be north of 650 whp with these mods, easily.
Are you fuel limited, especially with E85? What are the injector duty cycles?
What is you elevation? If north of 5-6k above sea level, the numbers would make sense.

More what timing? It’s at 22.5 I think I have a vaccum leak or boost leak possibly? Car still bucks on and off at partial throttle. Fuse box area shocked my tuner also trying to attach rpm signal WOT is perfect

My first round of mods were headers, ligenfelter snout/kong ported supercharger, 103mm tb, 2.45 upper. Did 614 on pump with 16 degrees timing.
My next round went e85 with a 2.35 upper did 705 pump and 780 e85. Max timing at 27 degree on e85
My next round had supercharger reported to synergy race port and a 2.55 upper and made 803 on e85. Put on a 2.35 upper and its around 830whp 25.5 max timing.
Stock cam and stock unported heads.
Car is getting heads and cam now.

2.6 pulley, K&N intake, no cats, borla atak exhaust, 1050cc injectors, E85 made 672whp on dyno in pretty hot weather. Def something not right. You should be close to 700whp if you are running E with those mods. Im at 14.5 boost.
Previous setup was the same except for no intake and no exhaust and i was pushing 12 boost at 630whp.

Maybe boost leak idk I’m making 12.5 on the dyno in 55*s I have Kong HD bricks synergy expansion tank and a custom heat exchanger was about 130* iat 2 end of pull but we didn’t have dyno fans running most the time either one took a dump and broke

Never mind, lol, I was missing something. It could be a boost leak, but I don't own one of these. Sorry I cant help.....Free bump!

Ya something is not right esp since you are running E85. First i thought you are on 93 so I thought its not too bad but with ported heads and E85 you should be pushing some good power. Those are all really good cooling mods too. I have synergy expansion tank and edelbrock Heatexchanger with C&R bricks. Maybe tuner is not doing well? If you can go to a different tuner and get it retuned that would be my first step. That way the tuner will know exactly what is wrong with the car.
