The car is being inspected and lowered (a whopping 1/4 of an inch) as I type this email....I'll take a pic tonight.

Thanks Joe. Looks about the perfect offset. Would you change the offset a mm or two in or out if you had the chance?

so I think I’d like it a little more flush.. rears are 19x13 et 56. The X factor is tire choice and alignment if you wanna go 345 r888r or acr 355 (both of which have 14.xx section width)

check out how wide my new acr is compare to the 20-325/30 sport cup 2 behind it.

Yeah that's quite the difference! So you'd bring them in a few millimeters?

I’ll know once I get these tires on.. they re gonna be close either in the well or to the fender. I really only want to run these or the r888r 345 - so if I can address fitment via alignment I’d leave it as is. If there is room to come out a few mm then a more aggressive offset would be nice..

IMHO 19/19s is the perfect balance
I agree 100% I've been going back and forth between 19/20 and 19/19 for a few weeks now and finally decided to go with 19/19. Also because I lifted a "regular" 19 and then a Forgestar F14 19... what a difference!

Thanks for everyone who has chimed in. Looks like I am going to be ordering a set of Forgestar F14 19/19 in gloss black this week. Should look good on the victory red.

Next question is offset......what do you guys recommend? I definitely want the wheels pushed out fairly flush with the wheel wells.

The pictures of 19/19 combos that look mostly flush that I've seen were roughly +40-42 front and +56-61 rear. Check out forum member Elistwocents' pictures of his 19/19 SV501 combo on his ZO6. His offsets are +41, +59 and they look near perfect.

Its gonna matter in terms of design of the wheel and how concave you want it ( if at all).. so Look specifically for guys w the F14's in the concavity you want (I think they can do either semi deep or deep, but not super deep unless you have a supervette type wide body) and copy their numbers

The shop got back to me and they are recommending et30 front, and et50 on the back. They say that should get a pretty flush fitment. Thoughts? That should be specific to the super deep concave f14.

Great thread and info here. So 19/19 is the best choice i am understanding from this thread. My question is, what is the lightest possible street, (once a year track), wheel available? I have a IO CE. Actually i have 2 now. But will sell the bone stock one soon. The one I'll keep is a stock cam 530rwhp car and won't ever cam it. So running the fatest rear tire for more traction won't be so necessary i think and can save a little weight there with a 325 hopefully. I want the lightest possible wheels for it as I'm obsessed with lowering the rotational weight. But they have to be reliable for the street of course. I will buy from our sponser CW4L. He is great and helped a lot! He recommended Forgeline GS1R in 18/19 as the lightest/best bang for the buck. They will clear CCB too. I am sure he can bump front to 19 so i end up 19/19 which will look a little better i imagine. I don't know exact weights yet, but i think 20 pounds each wheel. Need to get exact still.. Then he also recommended HRE R101LW. They are roughly double the price of GS1R and he said 19/20. Not sure if HRE will do 19/19. They are 18lbs front 19.4lbs rear. Any other good options at around these price points? Carbon wheels are gonna be out of the cards for me..

My stock CE wheels weigh 26.8 and 28.7. That is 111 pounds of wheels. If i can remove 30 pounds or even more i will be super happy.

Speaking of the weights, the SV501 per Khoa at Deity/CompetitionCarbon:

18x11 et38 at 19.5lbs

19x10.5 et35 came in at 20.55 lbs..... stock sizing should be under 20 lbs

19x13 at 21.25lbs

20x12.5 et53 came in at 23.40 lbs.... stock sizing should be 22.5 lbs then

Quick Reply: [Z06] Aftermarket wheels......18/19, 19/19 or 19/20???
