upgraded cam with Z06 stock exhaust
Wondering if anyone has upgraded their cam (BTR2 or similar) on Z06 but kept stock exhaust. I know headers would add some HP, but the stock Z06 exhaust (especially on 2011) is actually very good.
For those that may have upgraded cam, but not installed headers, what was the outcome and did you add headers later, etc?

I am running AHP heads, milled .030 with “race porting” with an HPA Stage 2 cam, good idle, no surge, with an Airaid CAI and full stock exhaust. Car made 552 RWHP with 501 torque.

We have done plenty of LS7 stock manifold/exhaust setups. With the correct cam it can work really well. With the wrong cam, you will hate it.
