If the tires are in good shape, you may not have to change them right away, depending upon what you plan to do with the car
(street ? drags ? track ?). But keep an eye on them. I just replaced mine (8 yrs old, 15K mi's) but they felt fine on the street.

EDIT: replace the clutch fluid (Ranger method works fine)
Tires are 6 years old plus. Time for them to go regardless of the tread depth.

I'm not opposed to new heads. Just need to find someone todo the job.

doing the job really isn’t all that bad if you do some reading and have basic tools.

but either way if you want some wine to do it look up redline Motorsports and Pavlock Motorsports down in pompano/Deerfield beach area. Both are top notch shops and do great work.

I’ve picked Frank Pavlock’s brain a few times and even though I ended up doing the work myself he was still very helpful

Push the gas pedal to the floor, drop the clutch and row through the gears.

Beautiful car, but have those original heads replaced.
