C6 Z06 issues ???

I went through this 6 months ago and asked the same question. I decided it was too awesome a car to pass up and with a known fix the car will be reliable. I got one a in March and have been quite happy with the decision. I'm sure I would be happy with a base C6 w/ Z51 or a Grand Sport... but I am certainly happier with the Z. 7000rpm motor, aluminum chassis, fixed roof (for me this was a plus, I have no interest in convertible or targa top) it checks all the boxes

I still need to get the heads done, and I will. Have put 2000 miles on the car in just a few months - awesome drive!

Scary? What are you like 12 y/o....? Too many threads here to research. At the end of the day YOU need to decide whether or not it is worth the "risk". For me, there is no "risk". I bought my 08Z w 22k on it 18 mo ago... I have modded the s*** out of it. I have had ZERO issues with mine. Current mileage is 29K...
