Rare color, also.
Do have heads thoroughly inspected by a competent tech, though.
Preferably one w/ lots of hands-on w/ LS series & specifically LS7.
Too risky to ignore, replacement LS7 cost will make a grown man cry.
Unless you're covered by an aftermarket warranty, and IF you've coverage it's only valid so long as car's 'stock'. Period. No tune etc.
Owned an '08 2LZ since 03/09, a leftover.
Been 8 years of 100% satisfaction.
Highest reliability of any car I've ever owned, HP or otherwise.
@ 53K it still feels like it's on rails, passing power can only be described as unreal.
As an additional plus it delivers outstanding MPG if/when just cruising. But for an alleged head flaw, LS7's the high water mark for Chevrolet.
Got a good one, here's to hoping you did too.
