Default After 40 years my dream came true

I have wanted a Corvette since I was a kid, but something else always came first. But now is my time. Out of the blue, my wife asked me if I still wanted a Vette. I thought to myself.... that's just about the dumbest question that you could ask me... you have known me for 30 of those 40 years. Of course I want a Vette. She said well get one, and she pulled out her phone and started searching. We looked at several and finally found a pristine '09 Velocity Yellow z06. Only had 5100 miles. This thing is beast. I hit the button to fire her up and a grin pops on my face. What a fun car to drive.

By the way, where did all of those Mustangs come from?

Beautiful!

And do enjoy, but please make sure it does not have the original, now hard and often traction-free original tires. Replace immediately if so!

I do like the yellow. Congrats. I didn't want to wait that long for a ZO6. Might not live that long anyway lol

You already know this but it sure sounds like you found a keeper! Car is nice too!

Don't see many VY cars with chrome Spyder wheels. I like it! Congrats!

My dealer was nice enough( sarcasm font) to put a new set of Goodyear Eagle® F1 SuperCar® G:2 ROF

on my z06. So not hard and traction free yet, but I do see a set of Michelins in my future.

Mine clean up SUPER easy. Don't fret too much. I typically use a "pay-n-spray" kinda car wash, and the pressure sprayers there take care of the brake dust without much effort.

Enjoy The Beast...Drive it.....5100 miles on a 09 is a severe lack of usage...
