Good discussion I'd like to get started, I'm doing a 2.3L LS9 on my base model C6, what kind of boost theoretically on paper would I see with the 14% overdrive crank pulley and a 2.6 upper pulley?

The car is staying stock bottom end for a while and if I'd rather not melt it to the ground if it's going to make 20# of boost.

Car has 1 7/8 headers and a BTR stage 3 PD cam.

15-16#'s without cam... not sure if that would have any impact

14.5 psi for my zr1 with 2.1 upper and stock OD with BTR III cam.

2.1 upper? Are you sure you don't mean 3.1?

The cam will have an impact in helping to bleed off boost.

What other mods does your car have? Headers? If so what size? 1 7/8? 2"?

I'm really curious to see what mine will do, i have a ported snout and ported blower, 1 7/8 kooks, BTR STG III PD cam, 14% OD and had a custom 2.95 upper made, hoping it would keep me in the 14-15 psi range.

13ish# boost - 2.6/14OD with stg 2.5 cam, ported heads, blower, 4.5 intake, nw102 and 2" headers

Same as boosted but with 1 7/8ths and 2.26" upper.
20psi, 21ish on the hit.
