Guys,
Regarding E85 and the stock rails I will do some digging but I know the guys over at Westech have made well into the four digits on their SuperFlow dyno on boosted apps with stock rails. I know the E85 has a heavier demand regarding fuel flow but shooting from the hip my opinion is it wouldn't be an issue till you were north of 1000 HP at the crank. The higher pressures in EFI cars really allow a smallish rail to move alot of fuel

Intake looks good man! I was hoping you would say that plate was a 102mm btw.....LOL
You would still see very worthwhile gains with one of my ported MSD intakes. I would recommend you have me port your stock 90mm TB for now.....that bumps the CFM in a big way (about 200 CFM) and really helps with adding alot of throttle response and a more linear feel to the throttle besides adding to the peak HP gains from the swap.
Im confident you would still see 20+ RWTQ and 20+ RWHP from the swap even with everything else stock (fat gains under the curve) but it will feel like twice that amount from the drivers seat if you follow my recommendation and have me port the TB as well. Im pretty sure I recently helped a few guys out with a similar situation.....perhaps one of them will post their results.
PM me.....I have a situation you might be interested in
Regards,
Tony
