I built the rest of the engine and the Tunning School tuned it.
It made 630 RWHP and 575 LBFT.
595 lift 236/240 Cam, TFS 225 heads and Yella Terra Roller Rockers
It never ran Hot, it ran 185 water temp 185 oil temp 185 trans temp
It ran great until it didn't
Haven't seen very many pictures of Tony's ported and cleaned up manifolds in customer cars yet so here are a couple of mine for those considering this approach under the hood. I think the look is very clean and to anyone not familiar with the LS7 the set up looks like a stock factory job. I had to tweak one of the passenger side PCV lines to get the cover to fit but it was a pretty simple job. I've noticed there is a lot of inconsistency with how the hard lines are shaped and it could be hit or miss.
In case anyone asks I had a number of additional mods done at the same time so I don't have a clear answer as to how much I picked up with just the intake. The work was all done at AHP.
List of mods include:
AHP Stage 4 heads milled 0.02 + Port and polish
AHP ported TB
Tony Mamo ported MSD intake
Custom grind EPS cam 224/ 244 .630/.630 116
Pfadt 1 7/8 headers
Those parts are just gorgeous. No disrespect intended, but I'm pretty sure your Halltech is on backwards, it's intended to be a MAF forward design.

Can anyone else confirm this? I don't have the instructions from when I bought it but I'm petty sure this CAI was not a MAF forward design. It should have come with a cable extension also to do this and it did not.
Can you pm me a price for the ported intake, TB, and new fitted valve covers? I'd like to keep all my stock stuff. I'm already at 570 on stock intake. 40-50 more still possible?

It would be a shame if, he had an open vented catch can.
I have to say tony's work is top notch. Very hard to find someone who puts his heart and soul into every piece like he does. Definitely worth the wait. I have one of his Mamofied MSD intakes with the stealth top. As do many on here.
