Default Z06 Carbon Edition

I have been thinking about getting a second Vette with a little more power for some track fun. Have read a lot about the ZR1 and Z06 and I think they both can meet the needs I'm looking for. I came across a 2011 Carbon Edition on the Corvette World site with 4k for 59K. I have heard this is a great version. Have not seen a lot of them or Z06 with the Z07 package for sale. I like the power of the ZR1, but open to a Z06 and adding a Heartbeat blower. Thoughts from the forum?

You absolutely cannot go wrong with a Carbon....but I'm also a little biased....seriously, the Carbon edition really has it all.

Default Great car but skip on the blower

If you want a supercharger that badly and really do not need one with the car that you are looking at, get a ZR1??

2011 is the best year for the LS7 with only one cat.......X pipe system.

I thought briefly about the Heartbeat for my 11 Z but adding 125lbs to the front of the car was something I wasn't going to do. the car is very well balanced. why ruin that. like Crossofiron said, if you want a supercharger , get a ZR1.

I agree with the others-get a ZR 1 if you want forced induction.

Is that an AC130? I was a crewmember on Gunship1 the first version in SE Asia.

I was in the market for a ZR1 when i had my 06 Z... i preferred a Carbon and got a great deal on one... So my choice was made on the Carbon... Can't go wrong with either .. both can be made to go stupid fast.. just ZR1 is a lot cheaper and easier to do so
