Tim, I have some bad news for you. They are in national back order and can not be found. I looked for one last week. The good news is they are easily repaired and it doesn't look too bad I'm the meantime.
The replacement part is $100 when they become available. I will get the part number for you tomorrow. I'm in bed typing this.
To repair, go to your parts store and look in the help section. Find a fuel line repair kit. It should have a brass type splice and some hard line. Depending on where your crack is figure out what you need to do. Cut the line and soak it in boiling water for 10 minutes. I used an insulated coffee cup. Then press in the splice. Repeat for other side. Just be warned when it cools you probably won't be able to do it again. Mine is holding up fine. If concerned sharpie the brass part left showing black or slip a piece of heat shrink over it. This was actually easier than using rubber hose and clamps. Hope this helps.
